Outdoor Space for any communally used public, semi-public or commercial outdoor space, of any size within mainland UK.  Owned by or for the use of the public or under commercial ownership and use.  Examples may include: commercially funded 'Pocket park', Outside space for Care Home or Hospice, playspace, hotel of office garden, or public park.
