Early Bird rate applies to entry fees paid for the Main Awards (1-14) before 17th April 2019. To benefit from the Early Bird price you need to pay the fee/fees and complete the entry form before the early bird date. Different dates & fees apply for Student Categories .

TAt the heart of the SGD Awards is an independent panel of Judges drawn from across the industry. The judges are respected experts including designers, academics, journalists and horticultural professionals.

The Lifetime Achievement is granted to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the landscape and garden design profession. The Award, which is gifted by the Council of the Society of Garden Designers, was given to designer Piet Oudolf at The SGD Awards 2019.
If you’re wondering why we have moved from the SGD Awards 2017 straight to the SGD Awards 2019, we’ve done so in order to bring the awards and the ceremony into alignment and give winners and finalists the opportunity to promote their awards in the appropriate year.
